pound ground beef or turkey

cup thin carrot slices (optional)
- In large skillet, cook 1 lb. ground beef or turkey until no longer pink; drain.
- Stir in rice-pasta mix, 2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine, 2 1/4 cups water and Special Seasonings; bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 15-20 min. or until rice is tender. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
- Add 1 cup thin carrot slices during the last 5 min. of simmering.
