Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 4.9-ounce package RICE-A-RONIĀ® Chicken & Broccoli Flavor
- 2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, cooked, chopped
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pea pods, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation Steps
- Prepare Rice-A-Roni Mix as package directs; cool.
- Add chicken, lettuce, carrots, pea pods, mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper flakes; mix well. Chill.
