What You'll Need

  • 1 1/4 cups
    of water
  • 1/2 cup
    of milk
  • 1 tablespoon
    of olive oil

What You'll Do

1 In a 2 quart saucepan, combine olive oil, water, and rice. Bring to a boil.
2 Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer for 22 to 28 minutes or until rice is tender and most of liquid is absorbed.
3 Stir in milk and Special Seasonings. Return to a boil; boil for 1 to 2 minute(s) with continuous stirring.
4 Let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
